		This chart is dedicated to my Father, who died November 1, 1997. Fifty percent (50%) of proceeds will be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. This wonderful hospital will not turn away children because of lack of money.
		This chart is dedicated to my daughter who has been diagnosed with Scleroderma. Fifty percent (50%) of proceeds will be donated to the Scleroderma Research Foundation. The money will assist them in finding a cure for this horrible disease.
